When you gets older, try to challenge yourself as much as you could!

Being part of the workforce for over 2 years, it's quite easy to fall into an unhealthy cycle of : Work on weekdays, rest on weekends - at least for me it's unhealthy. I believe that some of the people in this world enjoys working, but I'm definitely those who love to work while having a life to live. As my tummy grow bigger and bigger, guess it's time to start doing some exercises regularly.


Heard from a friend that there's an exercise / practise named Animal Flow (anyone tried with it?) that can train your muscle without any equipments, and practising some movement by imitating different animals (Correct definition - please Google it hahahah). It's quite fun but you need to pay 100% attention to your body to make things right. Anyways, it's good to learn something new, it's always fun. IT JUST FEEL GREAT, start with you know nothing mode -> to start picking up it mode -> to start performing well, feels like you've accomplished something in your life (not work related!). Guess life is the process of keep on learning new things, finding what we're passionate in, and enjoy life!
